It really does!!! I really love when they have so many random colors going on--someone made fun of the fact that AAA had a rainbow on the cover of 4th Anniversary Live, but I think for them it's very befitting! =D

Oh really? Actually, to be honest, I have no idea! ><;; I haven't gotten mine yet, mainly because I've been falling behind with buying their goods other than magazines ! But I think it's weird if your copy doesn't include that...do you think maybe it's like some sort of "special" page or something and you got a different copy of the special pages? I have no idea, I'm so sorry! m(_ _)m
