Other than Masaya Kato, Takahashi Hiroki and ...Laser Lemon? Razor Lemon? Anyway, the tall bald dude, who are reprising their roles, the rest are all a fresh cast. After seeing the first generation live action!Kyuuzou (played by a Masataka Nakagauchi), who, from what I can tell from the clips, is basically exactly what the anime!Kyuuzou is like physically, I'm kinda amused by the thought of the bit-sized live action!Kyuuzou Nishijima will most likely present. I mean, Kyuuzou looks to be about the same height as Kanbei in the clips (but leaner) and Nakagauchi's about 1.74m in height but looks taller (Masaya Kato's 1.83m). Nishijima's 1.7000015 (or something like that xD) but looks shorter. While I have absolutely no doubt he can present the character itself flawlessly (he's already proven that he can pull off cool and stoic beyond wonderfully and those acrobatic sword-thrusting moves will be a joy to watch with him doing them) despite the character being blond (blond!Nsjm = happy!Nsjm) but the physical difference is going to be glaringly apparent, I feel.

Well, whatever he lacks, I'm sure he'll more than make up for in aura and killing intent so...yeah.

Anyway, as they seem to have a DVD release for the 2008 performance, this may spell good things for the 2010 one. <=) /hopeful
