I can honestly say Mitsu's is about the only rap I like! And it's not just because I'm like, "Oh, it's Mitsu, I'd automatically like it whatever he did." He sounds completely different from most rappers, very distinctive and much more melodic.

I do think he sounds better with AAA as a rapper, but I bet there are people out there who don't even know AAA who would say the same about his solo rap work!

That's very true! Even for the song, "Turn On Your Lights," he was the one rapper who really stood out. It's as though he doesn't just "rap," he follows the music--the beat, the melody, the harmony, everything. He's very unique, very talented, like that. And I do feel he doesn't often get enough credit for it.... :-/ Like you said, yes, very melodic!
